Algernon Charles Swinburne (angļu: Algernon Charles Swinburne; dzimis 1837. gada 5. aprīlī, miris 1909. gada 10. aprīlī) bija angļu dzejnieks, dramaturgs, rakstnieks un kritiķis.
Dzimis Londonā, dzejot sācis no 1849. līdz 1853. gadam mācoties Ītonā. Kādu laiku studējis Oksfordā. Oksfordā iepazinies ar prerafaelītiem. Būdams tendēts uz alkoholismu un alkolagniju, kopš 1879. gada dzīvoja drauga Teodora Votsa uzraudzībā, dzīves nogalē kļūdams respektabls sabiedrības loceklis.
