Опис прапора Національної поліції України

Прапором Національної поліції України є прямокутне полотнище темно-синього кольору зі співвідношенням ширини до довжини 2 х 3, у центрі якого розміщено емблему Національної поліції України. Висота емблеми становить 7/9 ширини полотнища. Обидві сторони полотнища ідентичні. Древко прапора дерев'яне, чорного кольору. Верхівка древка стрілоподібна з білого металу, в якій розміщено рельєфне зображення емблеми Національної поліції України.

Зображення Знака Княжої Держави Володимира Великого (тризуба) на емблемі Національної поліції України золотистого кольору, щит малого Державного Герба України покритий емаллю синього кольору.
