Русский: Затверджений 21 березня 2003 р. рiшенням сесії районної ради.

На лазуровому полі срібна цегляна приаркова брама, до якої прилягають фрагменти фортечних зубчастих стін. У просвіті брами три ратники в обладунках. Посередині ратник з мечем, з боків — ратники з сохою і молотом. Автор — Ф. Колотюк. Назву Ратне виводять від слова рать — військова сила, озброєні загони. Ратники не тільки захищали кордони (ратник з мечем), а й займалися ремеслами (ратник з молотом) і обробляли землю (ратник з сохою). Брама з фрагментами зубчасних фортечних стін — укріплення, кордон, перехід (митний перехід, що є актуальним нині). Автор - Ф. Колотюк.
