日本語: 出撃直前（悪天候で翌日に延期）の第72振武隊の少年兵。10名中7名が10代の少年。前列左から、早川勉 (18歳2ヶ月)、荒木幸雄 (17歳2ヶ月)、千田孝正 (18歳6ヶ月)。後列左から、高橋要 (18歳7ヶ月)、高橋峰好 (17歳4ヶ月)。
English: Members of 72nd Shinbu Squadron. Three of the five are 17 years old and the other two are 18 and 19 years old. The photo was taken the day before their mission. Left to right: front row Tsutomu Hayakawa, Yukio Araki, Takamasa Senda back row Kaname Takahashi, Mitsuyoshi Takahashi. Each of these young men were corporals. At 17, Yukio Araki is the youngest known Kamikaze pilot to die in the war.
